3CF Leadership Team
July ‘09 Vision Report

Intro::
In this report from the leadership team you will find a brief survey of what has been going on in different areas of ministry along with some of the vision for the future. Changes are continual and in the last few months we’ve seen a few of these changes on the leadership team with Stacy Thomas joining the team to work with her husband Nate in overseeing Children’s & Youth Ministry and Cindy Patterson’s role on the team changing from Children’s Ministry to a new focus on Women’s Ministry. We are also beginning to implement a Congregational Care Program to help bring growth, help and healing to families and individuals in our congregation. Be on the lookout for details coming soon!

[If you have questions or comments please contact the person(s) responsible for the area of ministry you are inquiring about]
